EA Sports Fifa Game Won't Let Me Buy In-game, Transaction Going On

Every time I try to buy something, this annoying message pops up saying, "Hold on, the last transaction is still going," even though there's no transaction happening at all, in the end I can't buy anything from the FIFA store. This problem has been going on for a while, and no matter how many times we've tried, we still haven't been able to fix it. This is just a game, not physical shopping, I really need to be able to buy stuff in the FIFA store to make my gaming experience better. can't be the only one having this problem, this is not just my game, so when they look into this problem it won't be only for me, maybe it's a bug I don't know.
