CooMeet deducted money after I canceled my plan, how can I stop further charges?

First, log into your CooMeet account, go to Settings → Subscription / Billing, and cancel auto-renewal to stop future charges.

Many “kept charging” complaints occur because renewal wasn’t actually canceled in account settings.

Next, email [email protected] with your account email, transaction IDs, and proof of cancellation, asking them to confirm termination and refund any unauthorized charges.

If they don’t respond, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
