After the latest Clash of Clans update, I encountered a frustrating issue preventing me from upgrading my level 16 walls to level 17. The game incorrectly states that my walls are already at the maximum level, even though this is not true.

I attempted troubleshooting by deleting and reinstalling the game, but the problem persists. Before the recent maintenance, everything was functioning normally. However, since the update, this issue has completely disrupted my gameplay experience, rendering my resources useless as I am unable to utilize them effectively.
