Clash of Clans Upgrade Times Too Long & Unfair Matchmaking

Dear Supercell Team,

I love Clash of Clans, but the upgrade times are way too long, and it’s extremely frustrating. Waiting days or even weeks for upgrades takes away the excitement of the game. Why does it take so long to progress?

On top of that, the matchmaking system is unfair. I keep getting opponents that are way too strong, making it nearly impossible to win. This makes me feel discouraged, and sometimes, I even feel like giving up on the game.
