I Completed CarX Street Battle Pass Tasks but Didn’t Get My EP Rewards

I’ve had enough of CarX Street’s broken reward system. I completed every single Battle Pass mission, spent gold, and even finished the Arctic Shadow stages—yet my EP balance hasn’t increased at all. What’s the point of having missions and in-game purchases if the rewards don’t register? I’ve invested my money and time into this game expecting a fair return, but all I’m getting is frustration. This is unacceptable for a game that offers paid content. I am one step away from quitting entirely. If you're going to take players' money, at least deliver what you promise. I demand immediate support and for my missing EP to be credited without delay. Stop ignoring your player base and fix this issue now.
