CapCut does not support my version of the operating system. What can I do?

The first thing you should do if CapCut doesn't work with your current operating system version is to see if your device can get an OS update.

For iOS or Android, go to Settings > Software Update and install the newest version.

CapCut usually needs at least Android 5.0 or iOS 12, but recent updates may make it work better and be more compatible.

If you can't update your device, you might want to use CapCut on a different device that has an OS that works with it. To use CapCut on a computer, go to www.capcut.com and look for CapCut for PC.

For more options, projects made on a mobile device can often be moved to the web or desktop form and edited there.
