Bosch WAK20210TR/12 Washing Machine Rust Issue

All the appliances in my house are Bosch, and I was extremely happy with the WAK20210TR/12 model washing machine. I liked it so much that I even recommended it to my mother, who ended up buying it as well. However, even with the 7-year extended warranty, the machine began to experience significant rusting on the front panel. My mother's washing machine has the same problem too. I think it could be due to a problem with the material quality or the front panel used in this particular model. From the image provided, it is evident that the front of the machine is in a rather poor state. I kindly request the replacement of the front panel, or I may need to consider taking further steps, such as involving arbitration.
