If your progress disappeared after a Blizzard update, first fully log out of Battle.net, restart the client, and make sure you’re logged into the correct region and account, as progress is often tied to region-specific servers.
Blizzard confirms that sync issues after patches can temporarily hide characters, saves, or unlocks until servers fully resync.
Next, use the in-game Scan and Repair tool from Battle.net to fix corrupted game files that may prevent progress from loading correctly.
For games with cloud saves, ensure cloud sync is enabled and not blocked by antivirus or firewall software.
If the progress is still missing, file your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue.
