Binance Global And Fox-sp Withdrawal Issue

I transferred 6000 USDT from my Binance Global account to Fox-SP, but I found out that they had included a bonus without asking for my permission. To make things even worse, they asked for another 3204 USDT, and I reluctantly sent it. Now, they're asking for an additional 2185 USDT, saying it's for taxes. I'm really frustrated and looking for a solution to this Binance Global situation. They won't give me back my money, and even though I asked them to take the tax out of my account, they keep asking for more USDT. This is a really bad financial situation that needs to be dealt with. Hey Binance Global, you need to explain yourself.
