Bigo Live Account Banned After Harassment: Appeal Ban and Report Abusive User

I am a Bigo Live user on Android, and I am writing to report a user who has insulted and mistreated me on the platform for three consecutive days and to inform you that, despite being the victim, my own account has now been banned. This person repeatedly used offensive and disrespectful language towards me and behaved in a harassing way during live broadcast sessions, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe when using the application. Instead of protecting me as a user who was being harassed, my account was banned, while the person who abused me can still continue using the platform. My Bigo Live username is “إيلي لا”. I am sharing this information so that you can review my account, the related sessions, and the messages between me and this user. I kindly request that you thoroughly review the reports and evidence of this user’s abusive behavior, restore and unblock my account as soon as possible, and permanently ban the account of the user who harassed me. I also ask you to take any additional measures necessary to protect my account from further harassment. I expect Bigo Live to provide a safe environment for its users, to treat victims of harassment fairly, and to handle this complaint with seriousness and urgency.
