Beko Sold Me a Defective Dryer and Refused Proper Service or Factory Inspection

Greetings to everyone; On 22.12.2021, Sancaktepe / Istanbul Beko Authorised service came 2 times on various dates for the dryer, which we purchased with an extended warranty and could not use it properly. They took the device and supposedly tested it and could not find any defects. They also said this situation with their own mouths. We are talking about a dryer that does not dry despite working for 6-7 hours and shrinks the clothes in every use. We shared this situation with Beko customer service and Beko Sancaktepe authorised service (216 398 48 88) said that they would come for service. After a short period of time, we came 2 times. There is no problem with the device. They say we cannot come in vain and give up coming. This Beko customer service (850 210 08 88) and Beko Sancaktepe authorised service are really mocking us. We did not ask for much. The people called authorised service do not know or cannot do the maintenance and repair of this device. We are aware of this. Because we are aware of this, as a consumer, we wanted this dryer to be taken back to the factory where it was produced and to be examined. We have been disgraced since the day we bought the Bk-90 model Dryer. While selling a defective and defective product, we were good while taking the money from me, but we became bad because we asked the service to come and look at it, to take it back to the company where it was produced and to examine it. I will not let it go. For the company that sold me this problematic, defective, defective product, for the so-called authorised service that did not provide the service properly, for the customer representative who officially mocked us, I will now declare that I have been defrauded to the Ministry of Trade via CIMER and I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for deliberately selling me a defective and defective product. With all due respect to Beko, neither the authorized service nor the customer representative (I do not mean all customer representatives) dialogue with us. I did not find money on the street. By the way, I do not recommend anyone to buy these products. They do not stand behind the products they sell in any way. I don't speak English very well. I apologise for any spelling mistakes.
