BDG WIN Payment Fails and Customer Care Page Not Working

I have been experiencing serious problems with the BDG WIN website since 9 January. When I try to make a payment on the site, the payment transaction fails, and I cannot complete my purchase. In addition to this, the customer care page on the website does not load, so I cannot reach support through the site at all. This situation has continued from 9 January until now and has not been resolved. I was trying to make a payment of an unspecified amount for a product or service on the BDG WIN website. Because the payment keeps failing, I cannot complete my transaction, and the non-working customer care page makes it impossible to get help through the normal support channel. I have contacted BDG WIN via email and Telegram about this issue. Although I received a response, they did not provide a clear or satisfactory solution, and the problem with both the payment and the customer care page is still ongoing. I request that the payment problem on the BDG WIN website be urgently fixed, that the customer care page be made accessible and functional, and that I be given a clear explanation about why this problem has continued for so long and how it will be permanently resolved.
