Badoo Bans New Paid User Immediately After Subscription Purchase

On February 13, 2026, I created a Badoo account for the first time and immediately paid approximately $12.25 to use Premium features. While I intended to become a long-term paying user, my account was closed the very same day without any warning or explanation.

The lack of any clear reason for the account closure—especially right after making a payment—made me feel deceived and unfairly treated. Even if I may not have been fully aware of certain account rules, I would at least expect a warning beforehand or a clear and detailed explanation afterward, particularly for a paying user.

During this time, I had already established a meaningful conversation with someone on the app, and this connection was abruptly cut off due to my account being closed. Because of your system, I lost the opportunity to reconnect with this person, which has also affected me emotionally. I contacted your support team, but I do not accept this unfair treatment and want to make it clear that I will continue to pursue this matter.

For these reasons, I request that my account be immediately reinstated and that I regain access to my conversations, or that my payment be fully refunded. Otherwise, I will pursue all available legal actions and share this experience in detail with my audience of over 106,000 followers, and I will not recommend Badoo under any circumstances. I expect a fast, clear, and satisfactory resolution.
