If Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) online check-in fails before departure, it’s often because web check-in only opens 48 hours and closes about 60 minutes before departure, so trying outside that window will block you.

Make sure you’re entering the correct surname and booking or e-ticket number on the official check-in page and try again within the allowed time.
