Avataria Temporarily Bans Account for 58 Days Without Stating Reason

I recently started logging back into my Avataria account occasionally over the past month or month and a half after a long break. Whenever I logged in, I didn't perform any actions—I just checked in briefly and logged off. When I tried to log in again one day, I saw that my account had received a temporary ban, and it currently shows that there are about 58 days left until the ban expires.

I used to log into my account using my Gmail address and password, and my in-game username was FURKAN. I believe this ban decision is completely unfair because I haven't used cheats, spammed, or committed any rule violations recently. Back when I played the game frequently in the past, I used profanity at times, but a long time has passed since then, and I don't believe this current ban is related to those past incidents.

Receiving a temporary ban without any warning or clearly stated reason has left me unable to play. I demand a thorough review of my account, a clear explanation detailing why I was banned, and the immediate removal of the ban if it was issued unfairly.
