Atomic Wallet Account Drained of $1,280 in Unauthorized Transaction

While using the Atomic Wallet mobile app, an unauthorized transaction of $1,280 was executed from my account without my knowledge or consent on November 29, 2025, between roughly 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. When I opened the app, I noticed my balance had decreased and realized this withdrawal had taken place even though I never authorized it.

Regarding this unauthorized withdrawal, I was unable to contact any representative or get assistance because Atomic Wallet lacks an accessible communication or direct support channel. Having such a substantial amount withdrawn without authorization—and then being unable to receive customer support—has caused me severe financial distress and completely shattered my trust.

I demand that Atomic Wallet refund the $1,280 taken from my account without my consent, conduct a detailed investigation into how this transaction occurred, and provide me with a full explanation.
