I paid for Premium on Amore but can’t access promised contact info, how can I enable those features?

If your Amore Premium subscription isn't giving you access to the guaranteed contact info, make sure you're logged into the right account (the one where you bought Premium) and that the app is updated to the latest version, since older builds can limit features.

In-app messaging and video calls are examples of direct phone or social media sharing features that may not work as well as promised.

If you still can't use the features you paid for, contact Amore support from the app's help section or the store page's developer support email, and include your receipt and order ID so they can explain feature limits or enable benefits.

File a complaint on Xolvie to get things sorted out if support doesn't reply.
