• Clear the UPI app cache or restart your phone before trying the payment again
• Disable VPNs, proxies, or network restrictions that may interfere with UPI connectivity
• Try selecting a different UPI app linked to your Airtel Payments Bank account (BHIM/PhonePe/Google Pay)
• Check with the merchant to confirm they accept UPI and that their payment gateway isn’t facing issues
