Deposit Debited but Not Credited to Wallet

On 9 June 2026, I made a payment of ₹1000 through Paytm, using my Kotak Bank account, to the 91 Club game wallet linked to my UID 15484***. The amount was debited from my side and the UTR number for this transaction is 307651516159, but the money has not been credited to my 91 Club wallet. I tried to reach customer support through Telegram, but I either received incorrect responses or no response at all, and my problem is still iunresolved. This situation is causing me financial inconvenience because my money is stuck even though the payment was successfully completed from my side. I request that my ₹1000 be returned to my 91 Club game wallet as soon as possible and that a clear explanation be provided regarding why the payment was not credited despite successful debit.
