91 Club Withdrawal Marked As Completed Not Received – Request Fund Release

I am a member of the betting site 91 Club and requested a withdrawal of 1,500 INR on 16 July. In the system, the withdrawal appears as “completed”, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. After noticing that the funds did not arrive, I contacted the customer service of 91 Club, shared my bank statement and also sent the PDF password they requested. Despite this, I have not received any response or solution from them, and my money is still missing. I expect my 1,500 INR to be paid to my bank account without any further delay and I want a clear explanation about why the withdrawal is marked as completed even though the funds have not reached me.
