8 Ball Pool Keeps Crashing On Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime

I am using the 8 Ball Pool application on a Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime Android phone, and for the last 2–3 days I have not been able to use the app at all. As soon as I start the application, it immediately closes by itself every time, and I cannot get into the game. I have already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the phone, updating the app, clearing data/cache, and reinstalling, but the problem still continues in the same way and the application keeps closing on launch. I request support from the 8 Ball Pool team to fix this problem so that I can open my 8 Ball Pool application again and play normally on my Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime device.
