– Date and time of the trade
• Save all records
Contact StarPets Support;
• Use the official support form or in-app help
• Explain:
– You were banned after a trade
– You did not violate rules (if true)
– You want your account/pets restored
• Provide:
– Username/account ID
– Registered email
– Trade screenshots
– Ban notification screenshot
Ask them to review the trade and ban;
• Request:
– Clear explanation for the ban
– Reversal of the suspension if inappropriate
– Recovery of pets/items lost due to the ban
