Royal Match Coins Not Received After Two Successful Bank Payments
I am writing regarding two payments I made in the Royal Match game on 12 July 2026, which were charged from my bank but the purchased coins did not appear in my account. On that date, I purchased coin packages in Royal Match and was charged twice through my bank, once for 2,900 PKR and once for 4,900 PKR. Both transactions were successfully processed by my bank, yet the coins were not added to my in‑game balance. Instead, it appears as if the purchase has gone back into the game’s data bank and I received nothing in return. I find this situation very unprofessional and it feels like a scam, because real money was taken but the digital goods were not delivered. My Royal Match account is linked to the email address waqss4***@gmail.com. I request that you urgently investigate these two transactions for 2,900 PKR and 4,900 PKR dated 12 July 2026, deliver the missing coins to my account or, if this is not possible, provide a full refund of both payments to my original payment method. I also ask for a clear explanation of how this happened and assurance that similar issues will not occur again.
