I can’t cancel my Reva subscription; what options can I explore?

If you subscribed on Android: Open Google Play subscriptions, sign in with the Google account used for payment, select Reva, and tap Cancel subscription.

If you cannot find it, check your other Google accounts.

If cancellation still fails, email [email protected], the support address listed on the app’s Google Play page.

Include your account details, payment receipt, and screenshots of any cancellation error, and request written confirmation that future renewals are stopped.

If you subscribed through Apple, cancel it under Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

If another renewal is imminent and you cannot cancel, contact your payment provider for guidance on stopping future recurring charges.
