Quotex Suspended My Affiliate Account and Withheld My Balance

I had been working with the Quotex affiliate program and had accumulated a balance of 125 USD in my affiliate account. This would have been my first payout from the platform. My affiliate account was registered with the email address nadeemali454***@gmail.com. On 18 August 2026, my affiliate account was suddenly suspended on the grounds that fake or multiple accounts had been created from the same IP address. I had created several accounts on my own Wi‑Fi network, and at that time, I did not know that this was considered a violation by Quotex or that it could lead to a permanent suspension of my affiliate account. After the suspension, I contacted Quotex through their official Telegram account and shared my email address to clarify the situation. They responded that my account had been permanently suspended. When I tried to continue the conversation and ask for more information or help, they blocked me on Telegram, and I was not given any further explanation or opportunity to resolve the issue. I respectfully request that Quotex reconsider this decision and pay out my remaining affiliate balance of 125 USD, which I earned through my activity before the suspension. I would also appreciate a clear explanation and a fair review of my case, as I was not aware that creating multiple accounts on the same IP would result in a permanent loss of my funds.
