Quotex Account Suspended After Withdrawal Request
I have been using my Quotex account registered with the email address aliah***[email protected] for a long time and have made many successful withdrawals without any issues. I had a balance of 1,500 dollars in my account and recently created a withdrawal request of 500 dollars. Immediately after this, on 19 June my account was suddenly suspended without any prior warning. When I contacted Quotex support, I was informed that my account was suspended due to a terms violation under article C.4.14. However, I was not given any clear explanation of what concrete action of mine supposedly violated this rule. I strongly believe I did not violate any terms, because I had been trading and withdrawing regularly before without any problems, and nothing in my activity changed except this latest withdrawal request. I respectfully request that my account be urgently reviewed again, that the suspension be lifted, and that access to my funds, including the 1,500 dollars in my balance and the 500-dollar withdrawal request, be restored. If Quotex believes there is a violation, I also request a detailed written explanation with evidence showing exactly how rule C.4.14 was breached, so I can clearly understand and respond. I ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for my account to be reactivated or my full remaining balance to be paid out to me.
