My shared Prezi link shows blank screen—how do I fix it?

If your shared Prezi link shows a blank screen and you want to fix it fast;

Check the link settings first;

• Open Prezi → Presentation → Share
• Confirm:
– Link sharing is enabled
– Visibility is set to Anyone with the link
• Regenerate the share link and test again

Test the link properly;

• Open it in:
– Incognito/private window
– Different browser
– Different device
• This checks if it’s an account permission issue
