Omegle Gave Me an Unfair Ban for Wearing a Mask
I believe I was unfairly banned from the Omegle app at around 3:45 AM today. I had previously been banned because my camera was dark. I waited a day hoping the ban would be lifted, but when it was not removed, I paid to have my account unlocked.
After my account was restored, I often entered chats while wearing a mask. I was also wearing a mask when I received this latest ban. I did not engage in any sexual behavior, make any inappropriate hand gestures, or do anything else inappropriate, as was also clearly visible in the screenshot related to the incident. I was not aware that entering the platform while wearing a mask was prohibited, and I believe I was never properly informed about this rule. My ID is 400148254.
In addition, the “Accept / Reject” feature on my account is currently not working and cannot be used. If I was banned because I entered the platform wearing a mask, I ask that you take into consideration that this was my first violation, that I have no history of abusive behavior, and that I previously paid to have my account restored. I therefore request that my ban be removed and that the “Accept / Reject” feature on my account be reactivated. I will make sure to follow the platform’s rules more carefully going forward.
