If your NSDL Payment Bank UPI shows money debited but not credited, the system normally auto-reverses failed transfers within about one business day under RBI/NPCI rules.
If this hasn’t happened after 24–48 hrs, raise a dispute in your UPI or bank app right away using the transaction ID or UTR to trigger the formal resolution process.
Contact your bank’s customer support with screenshots and details; they’re responsible for tracing and refunding failed UPI transfers.
