First, make sure you have a stable internet connection and a modern browser that works with MyIQ. Then, try starting from the test page straight after logging in.

Clear your browser's cache and cookies, turn off any add-ons that might be blocking ads, and make sure that pop-ups and links are allowed. Exam loaders often can't work with these values.

If your test needs a private or locked-down browser, download it and only use the "Launch" button in the portal to open it. Stay away from computers at work because company firewalls often block features that lock down exams.

Allow the site to use your camera and microphone and try again; HTTPS problems or blocked rights can make loading take longer than usual. Turn off VPN for a short time if you can and try a different network.
