Minichat Ban For No Reason

I have been banned from the MiniChat mobile app even though I did not do anything wrong. The ban occurred while I was simply talking with other users in the app and I did not receive a clear explanation or warning about what I allegedly did. I am very disappointed that my account was blocked for no reason and without proper justification. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that I be informed of the exact reason for the ban. If no valid reason can be found, I ask that my MiniChat account be unbanned so that I can continue using the application.
