I can’t disable Copilot in my apps, what options exist for Microsoft Copilot control?

If you can’t disable Microsoft Copilot in your apps and want more control;

Check app-level settings first;

• Open the app (Outlook, Word, Teams) → Settings
• Look for:
– Copilot toggle
– AI suggestions
– Intelligent services
• Turn off any AI-related options available
• Screenshot current settings

Check Microsoft account privacy settings;

• Go to Microsoft Account → Privacy
• Review:
– Connected experiences
– Optional diagnostic data
– Intelligent services
• Disable optional AI features where possible
