Begin by updating the app to the newest version from the Google Play Store. Outdated versions can lead to instability.
Also, check that your Android OS is up to date by going to Settings > System > System Update.
Next, clear LINE's cache and data. Go to Settings > Apps > LINE > Storage, and then select "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data."
If the issue persists, check the LINE call settings. Open LINE, navigate to the Home tab > Settings > Calls > Advanced call settings, and turn off "Use device's video codec."
Additionally, confirm that LINE has the proper rights. Go to Settings > Apps > LINE > Permissions, then enable access to the microphone, camera, and nearby devices.
To ensure a clean installation, remove and reinstall LINE from the official Google Play Store.
Before doing so, back up your chat history to Google Drive using LINE's Settings > Chats. Backup and restore the chat history.
If the crashes continue, consider contacting LINE Support via their Help Center for additional assistance.
