Riot Games Should Remove My Unfair Permanent Suspension
On March 13, my League of Legends account was permanently banned after unauthorized access was made to the account completely outside of my control. During that period, nobody else had permission to use my account from my side, and there was absolutely no account sharing, boosting, scripting, cheating software, or third-party program usage involved by me.
After the permanent ban was applied, I contacted Riot Support through a support ticket. The support team informed me that cheating activity had been detected on the account and that this was the reason for the permanent suspension. However, I definitely did not play the specific match involving Anivia that was referenced as part of the punishment decision. If the relevant logs and system records are reviewed carefully, it should be clearly visible through the IP addresses and login/session records that the match in question was not played by me.
I believe that my account, “Ba2 da King#Aim,” has been unfairly punished due to unauthorized access by another party. Because this situation resulted from someone accessing my account without my permission, I respectfully request that the case be reviewed again in detail and that the permanent suspension be removed.
