LoL Takes Too Long to Load and Bugs Cause Unfair Bans

League of Legends has become almost unplayable for me due to extreme loading times and persistent bugs. Even when I accept a match, it sometimes glitches and acts as though I didn't, resulting in repeated 13-minute bans. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when this issue happens frequently. Instead of focusing on new skins, the developers need to address these gameplay problems. Do I need to come teach coding myself to fix these bugs? I just want to play without facing unnecessary penalties. Please prioritize fixing these technical issues so that players can enjoy the game smoothly.
