KingOpinion won’t credit my survey earnings after qualifying, how can I get paid?

If KingOpinion won’t credit your survey earnings after qualifying;

• Contact KingOpinion support immediately via email or in-app support and state that you qualified for a survey but weren’t credited
• Provide your user ID, username, survey name/ID, date completed, screenshots of qualification, and any confirmation messages

Ask them to;

• Review your survey activity to confirm qualification
• Credit the earnings to your account or explain why it wasn’t credited
• Provide a timeline for resolution

If the problem persists;

• Save all communication, screenshots, survey history and file a complaint on Xolvie to seek a fair resolution and payment
