If KingOpinion tried to charge your bank without consent during signup;

• Contact KingOpinion support immediately via email or in-app support and state that an unauthorized charge was attempted
• Provide your user ID, username, date/time of the attempted charge, bank transaction details or screenshot, and explain you did not consent to any payment

Ask them to;

• Cancel any pending charges and confirm you will not be charged
• Provide a written confirmation that your payment information has been removed
• Explain why the attempted charge occurred

If the problem persists;

• Consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to document the incident and seek a fair resolution
