Kick Streamer Trapped in 720p Resolution Lock Despite High Bitrate Settings

When streaming on the Kick platform, I experienced no issues until about 1.5–2 months ago, but after taking a break and starting to stream again, I began encountering a serious issue with stream quality. While streams I broadcast on other platforms with the exact same settings run smoothly at 1080p 60 FPS, streams broadcast on Kick persistently remain at 720p.
I stream via OBS, and even though I set a bitrate between 8000 and 10000, the stream resolution does not scale up to 1080p and stays locked at 720p. I even tested it with a 1000 bitrate—which should normally degrade quality further—but it still continued at 720p. Additionally, an option named "audio_Only" appears at the bottom of the quality options in the Kick player. The fact that this option appears specifically on my account and cannot be removed no matter what I do gives the impression that my stream's video quality is intentionally forced into an audio mode or that there is some form of restriction or technical bug. Looking at other streamers, they do not have this option, which heightens my concern that the issue is specific to my account or stream.
I request that Kick's technical team thoroughly inspect my account and stream settings, specifically regarding this "audio_Only" option and resolution lock, resolve this issue, and enable my streams to be broadcast at 1080p 60 FPS quality once again as they were before.
