Kick Chat Glitch Prevents Longtime Follower From Joining Streamer's PC Giveaway

I have been following the streamer named "rraene" on the Kick platform for a long time. He announced a giveaway to gift his old gear to his followers, and as a long-time follower, I wanted to enter. The giveaway took place at around 11:00 PM.

When I tried to enter the giveaway by sending a message in the chat during the stream, the screen displayed a "followers-only" prompt, and my message failed to go through. However, I was already a long-time follower with the follow button active. Despite this, the system failed to recognize my follower status, and even after trying multiple times, I was unable to send a message or enter the giveaway.

To check if the problem was on my end, I joined the stream using a second account and tried again, but I encountered the same issue. Therefore, I believe this was a technical glitch on the platform. I might have won the computer being given away—which would have been my very first PC—but I lost that opportunity due to this platform issue on Kick.

I expect Kick to investigate this incident, check my follower status and chat logs during the giveaway, and compensate me in some way for this lost opportunity.
