If Hypnozio ignores your support emails about billing issues;

• Contact Hypnozio support again using all available channels (app support, website form, alternate support email) and state that your billing issue has received no response
• Provide your account email, subscription or transaction ID, dates you contacted support, and copies/screenshots of unanswered emails

Ask them to;

• Escalate your case to a billing or senior support team
• Review your billing issue and provide a written explanation or correction
• Confirm refunds, charge reversals, or account fixes if an error occurred

If the problem persists;

• Keep all email records, screenshots, and payment proofs
• Contact your bank or card issuer to dispute unresolved charges
• File a complaint on Xolvie to gain visibility and push for a proper response
