I wasn’t charged for premium but Hornet still blocked features, what should I try?

If you weren’t charged for Premium but Hornet still blocked features and you want to fix it;

Check your subscription status first;

• Open Hornet → Profile → Settings → Subscription
• Confirm:
– Premium is active or expired
– Renewal date
– Payment method linked
• Screenshot the subscription page

Check your payment history;

• Open App Store / Google Play → Subscriptions
• Verify:
– Active Hornet subscription
– Last successful payment
– No failed or pending payment
• Screenshot the billing status

Restore purchases (if subscribed);

• In Hornet → Subscription → Tap “Restore Purchase”
• Make sure you’re logged in with the same Apple/Google account used to subscribe

Log out and back in;

• Fully log out of Hornet
• Close the app
• Reopen and log in again
• Sometimes features don’t sync properly

Update or reinstall the app;

• Check for app updates
• If needed, uninstall → reinstall → log back in
