If Hint won’t let you update your payment method, there are a few things you can try to complete the change successfully.
First, go to your account’s “Billing” or “Payment Options” tab, then choose “Edit” next to your current payment method or “+ Add Payment Method” to enter a new card or bank account.
If the UI still doesn’t let you add or change a method, ensure your existing subscriptions or invoices are paid — some platforms block changes until outstanding payments are cleared.
If that doesn’t help, file your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue..
