Hello Yo Fake Profile Using Photos Without Permission – Request Account Removal

I am writing to report a fake and unauthorized profile on the Hello Yo application that is using my girlfriend’s photos without her permission. The profile name shown in the app is “Naaz Simmu”, and it appears on Hello Yo as seen in the attached screenshots. These photos belong to my girlfriend and were taken from elsewhere and used on this account without consent. I first noticed this fake profile on 16 July and immediately understood that someone was impersonating my girlfriend. This situation is damaging to her reputation and privacy, and it is extremely disturbing for both of us that her images are being misused in this way on your platform. I have already reported this profile through your in‑app/report channels, but the problem is still ongoing and the account remains active. Because of this, I am reaching out here so that the issue can be handled more seriously and permanently. My clear request from the Hello Yo team is that you urgently remove this fake profile, permanently block or ban the user, and blacklist the mobile device and all current and future accounts linked to it so that the same person cannot continue to open new accounts with my girlfriend’s photos. I also kindly ask you to take all possible measures to protect my girlfriend’s privacy and prevent further misuse of her images on your platform. I request that you treat this matter as urgent and inform me of the action taken regarding this account.
