Hello Yo charged me for coins but gave nothing, how can I recover my purchase?

If Hello Yo charged you for coins but didn’t deliver them;

• Contact Hello Yo support via in-app support or official email and explain that coins were paid for but not credited
• Provide your user ID/username, purchase date, coin package, transaction/order ID, payment method, and screenshots or payment receipt

Ask them to;

• Verify the payment status on their system
• Credit the missing coins to your account
• Refund the payment if coin delivery cannot be completed

If support does not reply, you might want to consider posting a complaint on Xolvie in order to bring attention to the issue and try to find a solution.
