If HDFC Bank blocked your netbanking and you want to restore access quickly;

Check why it was blocked first;

• Try logging in and note any error message shown
• Common reasons: multiple wrong password attempts, suspicious activity, security lock, KYC issues, or inactive account
• Check your email/SMS (including spam) for any alert from HDFC about netbanking restrictions

Reset or unlock your credentials;

• Go to the HDFC netbanking login page → Forgot Password / Unlock User
• Use your Customer ID / Registered mobile
• Complete OTP verification sent to your registered number
• Set a new password if prompted

If the self-service doesn’t work;

• Call HDFC Phone Banking immediately
• Request a netbanking unlock/reset
• Provide your Customer ID, registered mobile number, and security answers
• Ask them to confirm your identity and reactivate your netbanking access

If the problem remains unresolved after contacting support, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
