Garanti BBVA Refer A Friend Bonus Not Credited Despite Meeting Terms

I participated in a campaign launched by Garanti Bank in September, promising bonus money to new Garanti cardholders and those who refer them. I invited a few friends and met the requirements. I was also sent my Garanti Genç card. According to the campaign terms, the bonus was supposed to be deposited into my account in October. However, despite waiting for a month, my bonus hasn't been credited. When I called customer service on October 31, 2025, I was initially told the bonus would be deposited today. When I called again the same day, I received a response saying, "You don't have any cards to use for transactions." However, I do have an active Genç card and have fulfilled the campaign requirements. I also have a screenshot of me explaining the campaign steps to my friends. I'm experiencing this issue specifically for this campaign. I request that the bonus I'm entitled to be credited to my account. I took the image I posted when I first started the campaign. The amount is higher, but it hasn't been credited.
