Garanti BBVA Invite And Earn Bonus Points Not Credited Yet

In September, I participated in the “Invite and Earn” campaign through the Garanti BBVA Mobile application and earned a total of 4,500 Bonus points by inviting three different people. The application clearly stated that I would receive 1,500 Bonus points for each invitation. According to the campaign terms, these Bonus points were supposed to be credited to my account by October 31, 2025. However, today is October 31, 2025, and as of 8:30 PM, the Bonus points have still not been deposited into my account. During this process, I contacted Garanti Bank’s customer service, but the responses I received were neither clear nor solution-oriented; instead, I was met with constant delays and evasive answers. I request that my Bonus points be credited to my account immediately, that a proper explanation be provided to me, and that an apology be issued for the inconvenience caused by this issue. Furthermore, I urge that the campaign policies be improved to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future.
