My Free Fire Max account has been hacked. I managed to recover it via Facebook, but I discovered it had been banned because of actions taken by the thief. I have never used cheats or hacks, such as a panel hack, and I believe the actions of the hacker, not my own, led to the ban. I can provide records if necessary, and I would be grateful if you could review my case and consider lifting the ban.
