Free Fire MAX Subscription Issue Prevents OTP Verification

I am having a problem with my Garena Free Fire MAX account related to subscription and OTP verification. On 28th of this month, my account became double unsubscribed and then double subscribed, and since then I am not receiving the OTP correctly to verify and use my account/subscription properly. Because of this situation, I cannot complete the verification process and I am facing difficulties in using my account as normal. I have attached screenshots showing my Free Fire MAX profile and the verification email I received. I request that my Free Fire MAX account and subscription be checked, the double subscription/unsubscription issue be fixed, and that the OTP/verification system for my account be corrected so that I can receive OTP codes properly and use my account without problems.
