Free Fire Max Honor Score Stuck After Latest Update

After the latest update to the Free Fire Max game, I started experiencing an issue with my honor score. Since January 13, my in-game honor score has not increased, and because my internet connection was interrupted, I was unintentionally marked as AFK and received a –8 honor penalty.
I would like to specifically point out that this penalty was caused by an internet outage and occurred outside of my control, and that my honor score has not increased at all since the update. Even though I log into the game regularly and play normally, there has been no improvement in my score.
I request that the current status of my honor score be reviewed, that the –8 penalty given due to the internet interruption be removed, and that my honor score be restored to its proper level.
